Upon receiving your order, you are required to open and inspect the products before removing them from the courier-agency. In the event that the products do not correspond to your order, you must notify us of any discrepancies or defects via email (info@nickantiques.gr) on the same day or no later than the next working day after receiving the order.
Any requests made beyond this deadline will not be accepted and release Nickantiques from any liability towards the customer, thereby acknowledging that you accept the products as delivered and that no changes can be accepted.
If the above conditions are met and the products are found to be defective, our company will undertake to repair the product if feasible or refund the money. Shipping costs in this case will be borne by our company
In the case of NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS and if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt, our company will undertake to replace the product with an item of equal or greater value. Shipping costs in this case will be borne by the customer.
